Installation
Installation support is available but is not usually required on-site.
Software support is provided during normal office hours.
Training
A one day course on the structure of TheBill and its operation is
available if required, at no extra charge
Maintenance
PSM will be responsive to any faults or inconsistencies in the operation
of unmodified software, as may be reported by customers. PSM will
provide technical advice and assistance to overcome such problems
or faults, together with corrective code if necessary. This support
is available during normal working hours.
Product Enhancements
TheBill is undergoing constant enhancement and improvement, based
on customer requirements. However our policy is not to make new releases
available more frequently than once every six months, to minimise
maintenance activities.
Consulting
Pacific Systems Management is focused on and has a depth of expertise
and experience in computer resource accounting systems and can provide
training and assistance in their planning and implementation, if required.
PSM can also take on complete responsibility for the operation and
maintenance of the system, on an on-going basis, should this be considered
as a viable alternative
